Thank you for the opportunity to have you as a client! We are delighted to
meet you & your pets. In order to start the ball rolling, please follow the
process below:
1. Schedule a Consultation:
You can call us 303.217.1280, e-mail us or use the New Client Reservation
Form.
2. Please Provide the Following Items at our Consultation:
- Two copies of your keys to be tested at the entrance we will be using.
- Payment - We accept checks, online bill pay, money orders or cashiers
checks. Please make your checks out to, Four Dog Paws, LLC. Payments
must be received on or before our scheduled visits. Our mailing Address

3. During the Consultation:
• Please plan for about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many pets
you have and the level of detail for their care.
- We will get acquainted with you & your pet.
- Together we will design a customized Pet Care Plan to meet your
needs.
- We become familiar with where you keep your pet’s food,
leashes, litter box, trash can and other items that we will need
access to while caring for your pets.
- We will have you review & sign a Vetrinarian release form. This
document gives Four Dog Paws authorization to have your pet
treated in case of an emergency AND we are unable to reach you.

1. Please fill out the Existing Client Reservation Form. Please ensure that
we have spoken or e-mailed to ensure we have received the form and we
have your services on our calendar. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours,
please call us 303.217.1280 or e-mail us at info@fourdogpaws.com.
2. Payment - We accept checks, online bill pay, money orders or cashiers

must be received on or before our scheduled visits for vacation visit clients.
